The difference between JD and other agents is she brings a powerful combination of wicked smarts, an amazing team, complimentary services (staging, de-cluttering, fixing, moving, etc.), and more, all while having an incredible pulse on the market. I feel that her warmth and friendliness puts both buyers and sellers at ease in what is often a very emotional transaction.
